Refund policy
At Manta Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, and customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence for review. Returns are only accepted for sizing issues, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery with the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition; once inspected, we will send the correct size or issue store credit based on availability. Chargebacks are not appreciated and are taken seriously—any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal involvement or action through our payment processor.
